Live-In Kitchen Porter / Breakfast Cook
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Live-In Kitchen Porter / Breakfast Cook to join our team.
This is a hands-on role combining kitchen porter duties with the preparation and service of breakfast each morning. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team in a busy hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving breakfast to a high standard
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Reliable and capable of working independently
- Right to work in the UK
