Salary: £36,000-£40,000 per annum
As the Digital Learning Developer at the CII, you will create high-quality digital learning content for our qualifications, further learning, and corporate learning products. You will transform content from subject matter experts into engaging e-learning materials using rapid authoring tools and design simple digital assets to enhance the learning experience.
You will ensure adherence to digital learning and accessibility guidelines, while building and maintaining effective relationships within the team and across the business. Additionally, you will provide exceptional support to the Product team, addressing their queries and customer inquiries, and maintain a strong awareness of development and accessibility standards.

You are adept at transforming text scripts from Subject Experts into engaging e-learning content using Instructional Design techniques.

You have a proven track record of delivering high quality online learning content and excel in using Articulate Rise or similar rapid authoring tools.

Your flexible approach and positive attitude shine through, as your take ownership of your work and performance.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.

You are highly organised, with strong time management skills, capable of working independently to meet deadlines.

You are well-versed in project management frameworks and agile content development methodologies.
