Parfaire Laser & Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced, passionate Laser & Skin Therapist to join our friendly team in Chislehurst.
Established in 2006, Parfaire is an independent, family-run clinic specialising in laser hair removal and advanced, results-driven skin treatments. Over the past 20 years, we’ve built a loyal client base and a reputation for expert advice, exceptional client care and treatments tailored to the individual.
We’re now entering an exciting new chapter for Parfaire, with a newly transformed clinic, new technologies and ambitious plans for the future, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
About the role
This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, ideally worked across two to three days.
Laser hair removal is a significant part of what we do, so we’re looking for someone with previous hands-on laser experience who feels confident treating clients and delivering a high standard of care.
But we don’t want someone who just loves laser.
Skin is a huge part of Parfaire too, and we’re looking for a therapist who has a genuine interest and passion for skin, enjoys performing facial treatments and loves helping clients achieve visible, long-term results.
Experience with treatments such as microneedling, advanced facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, LED or other skin technologies would be a real advantage, but you don’t need to have worked with every treatment or technology we offer.
Training and development are an important part of working at Parfaire. We invest in our team and you’ll receive ongoing training in our technologies, products and treatment protocols, giving you the opportunity to continue developing your skills across both laser and advanced skin.
Our busiest clinic times include evenings and Saturdays, so evening and Saturday availability is important, alongside some flexibility to support the team when needed.
We are looking for someone to join us soon, although we are happy to discuss existing notice periods with the right person.
We’d love to meet you if you…
- Hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Have previous hands-on laser/IPL hair removal experience
- Have experience delivering professional facial or skin treatments
- Are genuinely passionate about both laser and skin
- Love learning and developing your skills
- Have excellent communication and client care skills
- Are confident, warm and professional
- Enjoy building relationships with clients rather than simply performing a treatment
- Take pride in achieving great results
- Enjoy being part of a small, supportive team
- Are reliable, organised and comfortable helping with the day-to-day running of a busy clinic
A Level 4 laser qualification and/or 2+ years’ laser experience would be particularly desirable.
Experience in microneedling, peels/resurfacers, Hydrafacial, advanced facials, LED, Alexandrite or Nd:YAG laser would also be an advantage.
