As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to become a key part of our journey.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll be the first impression of our business and the trusted guide throughout each client's journey.
You'll combine your passion for events with your commercial instinct to turn enquiries into unforgettable celebrations.
You'll be responsible for:
- Converting wedding, private event and corporate enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Building genuine relationships with couples, clients, venues and event partners
- Creating tailored proposals that excite, inspire confidence and win business
- Advising clients using your knowledge of event planning and operations
- Managing the client journey from initial enquiry through to handover with the operations team
- Working closely with our kitchen and event teams to ensure every event is set up for success
- Representing We Are Epic Caterers professionally at venue visits, tastings and networking opportunities
- Helping identify new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the company
About You
You'll probably have experience in event planning, event operations, venue management, hospitality or wedding coordination and be ready to take the next step into a commercially focused role.
You'll also be:
- Passionate about weddings, food and creating memorable events
- Naturally confident in building relationships and closing sales without being pushy
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A brilliant communicator, both in person and in writing
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Commercially minded, proactive and motivated by achieving results
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people bring their vision to life
Flexibility
The events industry isn't a typical Monday-to-Friday, 9-5 environment and that's part of what makes it exciting.
This role includes occasional evenings and weekends, particularly during the busy wedding season, along with some on-site support at events. You'll experience first-hand the incredible events you've helped create.
