We are looking for a motivated, organised Club Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of Strike Padel.
This is a hands on management role, responsible for ensuring the club and café operate smoothly, our team delivers an excellent customer experience, and we continue to grow occupancy, partnerships and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including front desk personnel, and maintenance staff
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage staff rotas, training and recruitment
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility in compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage stock control and ordering across the café, pro shop and merchandise.
- Foster strong relationships with members and guests to promote loyalty and positive feedback
- Continually identify ways to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance of the club.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a hospitality, retail or sports club environment
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with facility operations or similar customer-focused settings is preferred
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of service

- Passion for sports or fitness industries is a plus but not mandatory

This role would suit someone with experience in club, hospitality, leisure, retail or operations management, who is keen to take an active role in developing a growing business.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
