TimesGroup Ltd is seeking qualified Electricians to join our growing team on a major new-build high-rise residential development in Liverpool City Centre.
We have secured the Electrical package on a couple of projects, with the first phase confirmed for a minimum of 5 months, with further phases to be scheduled.
We are looking for reliable, experienced Electricians who are seeking long-term work and the opportunity to maximise their earnings, ideally working on a pricework basis.
*Productive Electricians working on our pricework packages will achieve earnings significantly above the advertised hourly rate*.
*PRICEWORK RATES are:*
Type 1 – 1 Bed, 1 Bath including
12no Double Sockets, 14 downlights, 2no pendants, cooker point, 3no data outlet points, 4No IP rated downlights, 10No switched spur points, Door Entry System 1No smoke and 1no heat detector, 4No 1 Gang & 4No 2 Gang light Switches.
First Fix - £732.00
Second Fix – £800.00
Final Fix/Commission - £335.00
Total - £1867.00
Type 2 – 2 Bed, 1 Bath Including
14No Double Sockets, 12 Switched Fused Spur, 3No Pendants, 14 downlights, 3 data outlet points, 8No IP Downlights, 1 Smoke and 1 Heat Detector, 6No 1 Gang Light Switch & 4No 2 Gang Light Switch.
First Fix - £790.00
Second Fix - £837.00
Final Fix/Commission - £350.00
Total - £2077.00
Type 5 - 3 Bed, 1 Bath, 1 Shower Including
19No Double sockets, 14 switched Fused Spur, 4No Pendants, 19 Downlights, 4No Data Outlet Points, 8No IP Rated Downlights, 1 Heat & 2 Smoke detectors, 8No 1 Gang Light switch and 2No 2 Gang Light Switches
First Fix - £790.00
Second Fix - £937.00
Final Fix/Commission - £350.00

Type 6 – 1 Bed, 1 Bath including

Rates for communal area works will be issued separately once finalised.
For areas/works that cant be completed on a pricework basis, the hourly rate shown will be applicable.

Scope of Works
Works will include:
- Containment installation
- Wiring and cabling
- Apartment installations
- Landlord and communal area installations
- Testing and commissioning assistance
- General electrical installation works associated with new-build residential developments
- Small power installations
- 1st, 2nd and final fix works
- Working from electrical drawings and specifications
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS Gold Card
- Experience working on residential installations
- Own tools and PPE
- Professional, reliable and hard-working attitude
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable (Not Essential)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- High-rise residential experience
- Previous experience working on pricework projects
