This role will require working weekends, evenings and sleep in shifts.
Potential salary package from £35,209,00 (inclusive of employee benefits)

Lily Residential Services are looking for passionate, caring and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our supportive teams in our children’s homes in Weymouth.
You will be supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

About You
We’re looking for people who:
· Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
· Have experience in care or working with children (essential)
· Are compassionate, resilient and emotionally aware
· Are able to work long days and sleep-ins
· Are motivated to positively impact the lives of vulnerable young people

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will:
· Provide high-quality day-to-day care and emotional support
· Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people
· Support routines, education, activities and life-skills development
· Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a safe, structured and nurturing home
