About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading contractor to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an office-based role, managing the delivery of multiple live sites while reporting into a Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing project performance, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery across refurbishment and fit-out schemes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of multiple live construction projects from an office base
Oversee programme, cost, and quality performance across sites
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Report project progress to the Senior Project Manager
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Monitor and resolve any project issues or risks
Ensure all works are delivered in line with specifications and standards
Requirements
Experience working within a Tier 1 or leading main contractor environment
Background in refurbishment and/or fit-out projects
Proven experience independently managing projects
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and develop
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Must be based within 30 minutes of Leeds
