Tony Macaroni is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We are seeking a candidate who is confident working across all kitchen sections and can maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene during both busy and quieter service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to company specifications.
- Work confidently across all kitchen sections, including:
- Starters
- Pasta
- Pizza
- Grill
- Main Courses
- Desserts
- Prep Section
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices.
- Support and work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Assist with stock control, rotation, and ordering when required.
- Help train and support junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be capable of covering all sections of the kitchen.
