We handle everything from quick fault-finding repairs to full renewals. Because our workload covers everything from minor fixes to complete rebuilds, no two days are the same.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Skilled Labourer who wants long-term work and the opportunity to grow into a fully fledged tradesman within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Fencing: Repairing and completing full line renewals (closeboard, panel, posts).
Paving & Concreting: Laying garden patios, concrete pathways, slab repairs, and sub-base prep.
Brickwork: Executing small brickwork repairs up to digging foundations and rebuilding full walls.
General Repairs: On-site fault finding, groundworks, and reactive repairs across social housing properties.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector with solid building knowledge.
Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
Status: Self-employed with a valid UTR number.
Punctuality & Travel: Must be able to reach the Hornchurch (RM11) meeting point reliably for a 6:00 AM start every morning.
Work Ethic: Reliable, motivated, and eager to expand trade skills.
