We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Kinross, to elevate shop visual and product standards, to maximise income through commercial awareness and to raise awareness of CHAS.
CHAS shops are a fast-paced, busy retail environment, you’ll lead and support a strong team of diverse volunteers and manage a large volume of donations to help keep our shops beautifully stocked.

Key responsibilities, reporting to the Shop Manager you will

Manage stock processes to ensure correct density levels, processing to agreed quality and rotation so that stock moves quickly

Ensure the smooth operational running of the shop

Help to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, display and housekeeping standards throughout the shop

Be a brand ambassador for CHAS promoting and bringing to life the communication of key activities and messages to the customer

Provide CHAS customers with excellent service and the best in-store experience to help maximise sales, donations and the profitability of the shop

This is a part-time position working 15 hours per week. Hours will be worked over two shifts, scheduled across 7 days.
Salary: £26,409 - £27,078 per annum (full-time equivalent). The salary for this post will be paid pro rata based on 15 hours per week (full-time hours are 37.5 per week).
