Welsh Border Community Transport is seeking a full-time reliable, professional, and experienced Driver to help provide safe, accessible, and dependable transport services for our local communities due to the retirement of a long standing staff member.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to a variety of destinations.
- Provide assistance to elderly, disabled, and vulnerable passengers where required.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy.
- Complete journey records and any required documentation accurately.
- Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company policies.
- Deliver a friendly, caring, and professional service at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven driving experience with an excellent driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- A caring, patient, and professional approach when assisting passengers.
- Flexible and reliable with excellent time-management skills.
Desirable
- D1 entitlement on driving licence (training given to the right applicant).
- Previous experience driving minibuses or community transport vehicles.
- MiDAS training (or willingness to undertake training).
- Experience working with elderly or disabled passengers preferable.
