As an Administrative Support Officer, you’ll be right at the heart of Bridging the Gap, providing high-quality administrative support to a multidisciplinary team. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage records and databases, respond to enquiries, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of the service.
This is a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to build strong relationships will make a real impact. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent support, we'd love to hear from you.
Who we’re looking for:

Experience of working in an administrative or office support role

Experience of providing comprehensive meeting administration support including preparing agendas, coordinating papers, and taking minutes

Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
