About the Role

You will engage with customers face-to-face, understand their individual needs, provide clear information about products and services, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Attending regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about products, clients and current promotions.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards throughout every interaction.
No Experience? No Problem
Previous retail or sales experience is not required.
Full training, coaching and mentoring will be provided to help you develop the knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the role.

Pay and Commission
£13.71 per hour plus commission opportunities.
Alongside your guaranteed hourly rate, you will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on your sales performance.
This gives you the security of an hourly wage while also providing additional earning potential for strong performance.

Working Hours
The business operates Monday to Saturday, with flexible working opportunities available.
Applicants should ideally be available for a minimum of 3 days per week, with some weekend availability.
Requirements
Successful applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over due to company insurance requirements.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK or hold an appropriate working visa.
- Be able to attend the workplace and relevant team meetings in person.
- Be comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment.
