Warwick AV are an AV and smart home integrator based in Kenilworth, delivering premium residential and commercial installations across Warwickshire, Solihull, Coventry, the Cotswolds and the wider UK. From bespoke home cinema rooms and Control4 smart homes to boardroom AV, video conferencing and LED walls, we design, install and commission systems that work flawlessly and look exceptional. We also run a sister operation in Dubai.
We're growing, and we're looking for the next person to train up and grow with us.
The role
This is a genuine trainee position — you don't need years of experience, you need the right attitude and aptitude. You'll be paired with our experienced engineers on live jobs, learning the trade properly from the ground up. Over time you'll build hands-on skills across:
- Smart home systems — Control4, Crestron, Basalte
- Lutron smart lighting and shading
- Home cinema, media walls and cinema seating
- Commercial AV — meeting rooms, video conferencing, digital signage, LED walls
- WiFi, networking and structured cabling
- Rack building, first-fix cabling, installation, testing and commissioning
You'll work on high-end residential homes and commercial spaces alike, so no two weeks look the same.
What we're looking for
- A full UK driving licence — non-negotiable, you'll be travelling to sites
- Smart, quick to learn, and genuinely passionate about tech, AV and doing things properly
- Able to work independently and as part of a team — we need people we can trust on site
- Practical, hands-on and comfortable with tools
- Reliable, presentable and professional — you'll be in clients' homes and premises
- A problem-solver who takes pride in a job done right
- Basic IT/networking knowledge is a bonus, not essential — we'll teach you the rest

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
