This is a great opportunity for an experienced Class 2 vehicle recovery truck driver responsible for collecting scrap vehicles from members of the public. (Note this is not breakdown recovery from the side of the road.)
The role will involve checking the truck, and its load safety and ensuring all paperwork is filled in and kept with all due care and attention. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the UK driving regulations, and working time directive.
A bonus is paid twice a year after six months in position.
Overtime will be available only if required by the business payable at 1.5 x rate
The site is closed over the Xmas period, three days holiday needs to be kept for the closure.
