Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van to complete multiple daily drops across designated routes
- Load and unload goods, often involving heavy lifting, with attention to safety protocols
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation for each drop
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during deliveries
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain optimal performance and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with multi-drop routes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver license is highly desirable
- Experience in commercial driving environments or warehouse operations is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of loading/unloading tasks
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Familiarity with local routes, navigation tools, or GPS systems is beneficial
