Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE per year (Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our successful team at our Nottingham Dealership

You'll work with a diverse range of vehicles, from everyday family cars to sports and prestige models, giving customers outstanding choice and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

The Role
As a New & Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Selling quality used vehicles together with new Kia vehicles from group stock
- Generating and following up sales enquiries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Presenting finance and value-added products professionally and compliantly
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across multiple vehicle brands
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently working in a vehicle sales executive role
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Be highly motivated, driven and customer-focused
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have a professional and enthusiastic approach
- Experience within a franchised dealership environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
