Duties
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand our business footprint
- Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present our services and value propositions
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a professional and positive rapport with clients
- Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs while aligning with company objectives
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales activities using organizational tools
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and convert leads into long-term clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and address any concerns promptly
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development roles with a track record of successful negotiations
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment..
- Knowledge of customer service principles to ensure positive client interactions from first contact through ongoing support
- Organizational skills that enable efficient tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
