We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Primary Care Financial Analyst to join our team and help keep our practice financially healthy.
The Role: Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be the financial backbone of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and keeping things organized. We are looking for someone who excels at day-to-day financial administration, tracking income, and basic forecasting.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Daily Finance Admin: Managing ledgers, processing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations.
- NHS Funding: Tracking claims for NHS income streams (like QOF and ARRS) and ensuring we meet deadlines.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Assisting the Business Manager with basic cash flow forecasting, budget tracking, and preparing simple financial summaries.
- General Support: Assisting with payroll, NHS pension administration, and maintaining accurate financial spreadsheets.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: You have a solid background in bookkeeping, data analysis, or financial administration.
- Skills: You are highly confident using Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs) and pick up new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: You are highly accurate when inputting data and take pride in getting the numbers right.
