At Boomerang Healthcare, we're looking for reliable, compassionate Male Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting people in their own homes across Birtley and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and making a positive impact within their local community. Whether you're experienced in care, have worked in sectors such as security, construction, retail, hospitality, customer service, the armed forces, or you're looking for a completely new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
No previous care experience is required – we'll provide all the training and support you need.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. Your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support

- Supporting individuals to access their community
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Travelling between clients' homes within the local area

Essential Requirement
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
