St Michaels Spa is home to Cornwall's largest hydrotherapy pool and a range of luxurious wellness facilities, including a Finnish sauna, rainforest steam room, Cornish sea salt room, outdoor hot tub and barrel sauna. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a spa environment that promotes wellbeing, relaxation and rejuvenation.
The Role
As a Spa Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities, changing rooms and relaxation areas
- Replenishing towels, robes, slippers and guest amenities
- Supporting the smooth operation of the hydrothermal facilities
- Carrying out regular facility checks and recording cleaning schedules
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained at all times
- Assisting guests with queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Supporting therapists and reception teams as required
- Reporting maintenance issues and health & safety concerns promptly
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Helping create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for every guest

Working Hours
Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
