Location: Platt and Hill Limited, Oldham
Hours of Work: 7.45am – 4.45pm Monday to Thursday
7.45am – 12.45pm Friday
The role is fast paced, heavy duty and very physical. Duties include packing, on average 1000 units per day, full sized settee cushions used in upholstered furniture and pillows on a production line, in an efficient, timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Continuous packing of full sized settee cushions
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
- Read and follow packing schedules
- Follow health and Safety Procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Comfortable with physical work
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and time keeping
- Work as part of a team
Previous experience working on a factory/packing environment and computer skills would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
