The Role:
You will work in the telesales team to ensure new starters receive effective onboarding and existing team members continue to develop their skills and performance.
You will help develop key skills across the sales teams including sales communication, enquiry management and prospecting, objection handling, maximising selling, customer engagement and closing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured sales training and onboarding programmes for new starters
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for existing team members
- Train Sales Teams in outbound calling, lead generation and call structure
- Actively train and coach sales executives on selling, demonstrations and closing techniques
- Support team leaders to drive upselling skills and KPIs
- Conduct call coaching
- Support the development and activities within sales driven by sales phraseology, processes and best practices
- Continually look for areas of improvement to ensure we have a worldclass, customer centric approach across our sales teams.
- Frequent Travel between our offices in Glasgow and Blackpool
Essential
- Experience training sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales environments
- Ability to coach objection handling, communication and closing techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
