We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within a range of primary schools across Exeter and the surrounding areas. These rewarding roles involve helping children engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals. Many of our long-term opportunities also offer the potential to secure a permanent position, making them ideal for candidates looking to develop a long-term career in education.

If you’re motivated to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEND within primary schools in Exeter, we’d love to hear from you. No prior experience working with children? That’s not a problem, what matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment. We provide full training and a comprehensive induction, so you’ll feel fully supported and confident in your new role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrate a calm, patient, and adaptable approach when supporting children with additional needs
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and teaching staff
- Be available to work full-time hours in Exeter, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
