- Deliver tailored customer solutions by developing a detailed understanding of QSR customer requirements and working closely with National Account Managers, transport, procurement, and internal site teams to meet service, delivery, and commercial objectives.
- Own and develop assigned QSR customer accounts, acting as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact to ensure a consistently high standard of service, strong relationships, and long-term account retention and profitability.
- Manage all customer orders, enquiries, and complaints accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution, same‑day turnaround where possible, and adherence to agreed service-level expectations.
- Drive account growth and revenue performance by identifying and converting sales opportunities, expanding product penetration, supporting new product listings, and aligning solutions to customer and business objectives.
- Maximise customer engagement and coverage through effective diary management, proactive communication, and regular customer contact, maintaining preferred supplier status and strengthening relationships.
- Set, track, and deliver agreed account targets, ensuring alignment with company KPIs, budgets, and strategic priorities, and providing clear and timely reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support accurate forecasting, demand planning, and service delivery, proactively escalating risks or issues to prevent service disruption or commercial impact

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales metrics, pricing, margin, and customer service performance.
- Proven problem‑solving capability, with the ability to manage issues through to resolution.
- Proactive, organised, and customer‑focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with customers both face‑to‑face and remotely.
- Confident using CRM, ERP, and standard reporting tools to manage accounts and performance data.
