The Role
To assist with the planning, organising and controlling of all activities within the catering department and associated areas, in accordance with Trust requirements. 35 hours, various shift pattern , can include weekends.
In this key role, you will:

Ensure that all staff are present for duty wearing the correct uniform and that the uniform is clean and tidy at all times.

Ensure that enough staff are on duty and to allocate duties within the department.

Ensure that all cash registers are set and ready for meal service in the staff/ public dining area
-
Carry out daily audits and check that temperatures have been taken and recorded as set out in Trust procedures and policy.

Control & organisation of shift , supervision of 25 staff

Rota planning & staff training

Delivering meal service to patients 3 times per day

What You'll Bring:

Training and or qualifications required: Numerate, literate and practical.

Level of experience required: 1-2 years in a busy Catering environment.
