Salary: £31,000 (£15.89 per hour) + uncapped performance-related bonus + regular time and half overtime available.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in Cambridge.

What will you be doing?
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly and making sure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Loading and unloading vehicles
· Moving stock safely using manual pallet trucks and MHE
· Operating MHE and putting palletised stock away
· Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
· Completing goods-in checks and associated paperwork
· Labelling, unpacking and repacking products carefully
· Carrying out stock movements and ensuring products are handled safely
· Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
· Following all relevant health and safety procedures
· Working closely with the wider warehouse team to meet customer requirements
What we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need years of warehouse experience. We’re looking for the right attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
· Are reliable, punctual and well organised
· Take pride in doing things accurately and to a high standard
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Are comfortable working at pace in a busy warehouse environment
· Can follow processes and instructions carefully
· Have good attention to detail and are confident counting and checking stock
· Have a positive, hardworking and “can-do” attitude
· Are happy working independently as well as as part of a team
· Have previous warehouse experience – advantageous but not essential
· Have MHE experience, particularly flexi trucks – advantageous

Working hours
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a two-week rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: 08:00 – 16:00
Week 2: 11:00 – 19:00
