About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Staff to join our busy pick/pack team at our Northampton depot. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule. The hours are fixed, starting at 11.00am and finishing at 7.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing and loading customer orders ready for dispatch.
- General Maintenance: Keeping work zones clean, tidy, and organised to ensure safety.
- Team Support: Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
- High punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail when picking orders and checking deliveries.
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team.
- Previous warehouse experience is useful, but full training is provided.
