Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper or Cleaner to join our team at Borrowdale Gates Hotel in Grange. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms as needed.
- Follow health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Assist with laundry and linen management.
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and cleaning equipment.
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Janitorial experience is a plus.
