Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in a variety of settings, ensuring that guests experience a welcoming and hygienic environment. Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred, as this role requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Laundry duties
- Uphold the principles of hospitality by providing friendly and courteous service to guests.
Skills
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Weekend availability is essential for this position ( Saturday/ Sunday)
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
