Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery throughout your shift
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to exceed expectations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all guest needs are met with professionalism and care
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high standards of hospitality excellence
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new team members and fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality or hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse guests and staff
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff development and conflict resolution
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality industry is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact

Pay: £12.80-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 48.0 per week
