Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. This role involves engaging with customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience, and supporting the overall operation of the venue. Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
- Support food preparation and presentation as needed
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables to ensure a clean environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Uphold the organisation’s standards of hospitality, catering, and service excellence
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous
- Experience in serving or barista roles will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests of diverse backgrounds
- A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering memorable customer experiences
