HEAD CHEF VACANCY
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a head chef to join our successful team, famed for our of quality fresh food.
Run by the present owner for the last 22 years. We have been winners of the prestigious local CAMRA award 6 times, and have created a fun and friendly atmosphere that includes an established catering team of 3.
We are looking for a friendly, creative chef who is looking to bring their own style and talent to a wonderful 120 year old pub that oozes charm and character.
The successful candidate must have experience of menu development and also have a creative flair for seasonal changes and current trend dining experiences from fresh ingredients. Other duties also include negotiating and purchasing of ingredients, stock rotation and staff management.
Day to day kitchen management
Hands on preparation of fresh food
Menu planning and costing
stock management
food safety , health and hygiene
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
