The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the management of our busy F&B operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career within a high-quality hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all restaurant, bar, and events operations
- Support, motivate, and lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff rotas, training, and performance development
- Help control stock levels, ordering, and cost management
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Support in planning and executing events, functions, and special promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across any 5 days out of 7
