We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in asset management or financial services, and a strong track record in producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for professional and institutional audiences. Initially, your focus will be on creating visually compelling, high-impact presentations that effectively support client engagement and communication. Over time, the role will evolve to include the design and management of a broader suite of marketing and client collateral, offering the chance to expand your skillset across multiple formats.
Working closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating complex investment ideas, data, and strategies into clear, engaging, and visually consistent materials. - Design and deliver best-in-class PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, fund updates, thought leadership, and internal communications.
- Translate complex financial and investment content into clear, engaging visual narratives, including charts, tables, and infographics.
- Structure content to ensure clarity, logical flow, and impact for professional and institutional audiences.
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all outputs in typography, layout, colour, and tone.
- Develop and maintain presentation templates, slide libraries, and visual assets to improve efficiency and quality.
- Over time, take ownership of a broader range of client and marketing collateral, helping to shape visual communication across multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders to interpret briefs, provide design guidance, and enhance the effectiveness of content.
- Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of accuracy, accessibility, and delivery to tight deadlines.
Operate within a regulated environment, ensuring materials meet compliance requirements, including appropriate disclaimers and risk messaging.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within asset management, investment management, or financial services.
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise, including master slides, templates, complex layouts, charts, and large data tables.
- Experience simplifying and visualising data heavy and technical content.
- Good proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of brand systems and applying them consistently across varied outputs.
- Confident communicator with experience working directly with a range of stakeholders.
Experience working with presentation management or content platforms (e.g. Seismic or similar) referenced in internal presentation workflows.
