Location: Mansfield (NG18 5FB) – onsite with parking available
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission

About the role
We are recruiting a
Sales Advisor to join our growing team, supporting schools across the UK with
staff absence protection solutions. These solutions help schools remain financially stable during periods of staff absence, while also providing access to healthcare and wellbeing services for school staff.
This is a
fully onsite role based in
Mansfield (NG18 5FB), with parking available. Travel will be required as part of the role.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with school clients and members, helping them understand how our absence protection solutions can support their organisation.
You will be:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing membership
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Confidently negotiating and closing sales, handling objections professionally
- Driving growth through networking, referrals, and social media engagement
- Supporting members with claims-related queries and guidance
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate and compliant customer information
- Reporting monthly on KPIs and performance metrics
- Contributing to team meetings and collaborative planning
You will be working in a supportive, purpose-driven team environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.
Skills and experience we are looking for
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (any industry)
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Confident making outbound calls and engaging professionally with clients
- Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Eligible to work in the UK
