About the Role
Working alongside our experienced contracts and surveying teams at Nationserv, you will assist with the delivery and management of housing maintenance and planned works contracts with the largest insurers across the country. We cover fire, flood, impact, subsidence and many more perils.
The role will involve working across a range of residential properties undertaking surveys, preparing specifications, and helping to manage repair and maintenance works from start to finish.
Your duties will include:
- Visiting occupied and void properties to assess repair and maintenance requirements
- Preparing scopes and schedules of work
- Producing repair costings using different client systems and scoping tools
- Assisting with the management of responsive repairs and planned projects
- Organising works with both in-house trades teams and external subcontractors
- Liaising with clients, tenants, housing providers, and contractors
- Monitoring works on site to ensure quality, safety, and progress
- Assisting with quotations, reports, and project documentation
- Learning all aspects of housing maintenance and contract management
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Organised with good communication skills
- Interested in construction, property maintenance, or surveying
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic building knowledge required

Pay: £26,241.29-£38,000.00 per year
