Chef Required – Village Pub
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our friendly village pub team for 24 hours per week.
Working Hours:
- Wednesday evenings
- Thursday evenings
- Friday evenings
- Saturday evenings
- Sunday daytime
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
- Food preparation and stock rotation
- Ordering and managing stock levels
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant
- Managing and updating Better Food, Safer Business records
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred
- Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and passion for producing quality food
