Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage bar staff, including training new team members and providing ongoing coaching
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality and presentation meet expectations
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to support food production, including basic cooking and culinary tasks when needed
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimize waste
- Ensure a welcoming environment for guests by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience in serving beverages and understanding bar operations; barista experience is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments, including hospitality best practices
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work culture
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
- Ability to handle fast-paced situations while maintaining attention to detail
