Job Title: Front of House Team Member
Reporting to: General Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
Our team members are responsible for ensuring that all of our guests have a great experience with us by delivering best in class hospitality.

· Builds rapport easily with guests and adapts their service style to meet and exceed expectations
· Consistently drives guest loyalty and encourages guests to leave feedback across all online platforms
· Confident in reading guests body language and can deal with any issues proactively ensuring all guests leave happy

· Has a positive mind set and adapts well to change
· Is a team player and proactively supports fellow colleagues on shift
· Communicates well with guests, colleagues and the management team at all times

· Is calm under pressure and consistently delivers service in-line with brand standards
· Is passionate about food and drinks and uses this knowledge to make recommendations

· Has completed all training and takes accountability on shift for Food Safety and Health & Safety
· Consistently delivers on expectations through living and breathing the brand standards
· Maintains cleanliness of restaurant and takes responsibility for daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks
· Drives food quality through checking and challenging and only serving picture perfect food
Pay: From £15.50 per hour
