We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to help support in the day to day running of the store. You'll naturally want to get stuck in and work with your team creating a friendly environment and workplace.
The duties include;
- Opening and closing of the store.
- Oversee a team to ensure customer service and store standards are maintained.
- Coach, mentor and motivate your team to learn and develop skills.
- Promote company policy and procedures to ensure customer and colleague are safe and secure.
- Stock tasks - processing deliveries, replenishing stock.
Shifts will be 5 over a 7 day period, including evening and weekends.
Job Types: Full Time, Permanent.
Pay: Up to £13.21 per hour
