We are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our large, dedicated team helping students access learning in the classroom. These permanent full-time or part-time roles (depending on your requirements) will start on 1 September 2026.
We are looking for experienced learning support assistants and also for those considering a career in the field of education, either in learning support or to gain some experience in the classroom before undertaking teacher training.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate a passion for learning that will inspire and motivate children to be independent learners. You will also be confident in the classroom and have high expectations for the students you work with.
The role requires level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy. Previous relevant experience is helpful but not essential.
