Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee food production processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities.
- Supervise and support team members in food preparation and cooking tasks, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including ingredient handling, portion control, and timely delivery of dishes.
- Assist with food presentation to ensure visually appealing plates that meet brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations at all times.
- Support the training of new team members in food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and service procedures.

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate team members effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail in presentation and quality control.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Experience in serving customers or supporting hospitality services is highly desirable.
