About the Role:
We are a well-established care agency based in Manchester, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality support services. Due to continued growth, we are now looking to expand our team of Support Workers to support our clients both locally and in other regions.
We are seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. You will support individuals with a range of needs, helping them live independently and with dignity.
This could be Adults with Learning Disabilities, Adults who require support regarding their Mental Health, Children with Learning Disabilities, Children with Emotional Behaviour and or Adults / Children with Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Assist with personal care where required
- Encourage social engagement and community involvement
- Follow care plans and report any changes
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- 1 Years Previous experience in care/support work (essential) in the UK or 6 Months Previous experience in care/support work along with a recognised qualification.
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
