Pioneer Site Services Limited is a rapidly growing contractor delivering high-quality Passive Fire Protection, Active Fire Systems, Electrical and Refurbishment projects across London and the South East specialising in the social housing sector.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to support our Contract Managers and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Role:
You will work closely with our Contract Managers across multiple projects, taking responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of site activities and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out quality assurance and post-work inspections.
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
- Organising labour, materials and plant to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Delivering site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety briefings.
- Conducting site surveys and reporting findings.
- Assisting with measuring works and providing information to support pricing and quotations.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to Contract Managers.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard.
- Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and site teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman or similar role.
- Experience within one or more of the following sectors: Passive Fire Protection, Active Fire, Electrical or Refurbishment
- Strong organisational, IT and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Experience supporting contract management or project delivery.
