We’re on the lookout for a passionate Early Years Educator who’s ready to bring learning to life for our little dreamers aged 0–5. If you can turn a cardboard box into a spaceship, a puddle into a science experiment, and a storybook into a world of wonder—then you might just be the tea party guest we’ve been waiting for!
Your Quest (aka Responsibilities):
- Create enchanting, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Be a key person (yes, like a key to a magical door!) for a group of children—nurturing, observing, and guiding their development.
- Keep our wonderland safe, clean, and full of joy (and sparkle... lots of sparkle).
- Communicate with parents and carers like the Queen’s messenger—clearly, kindly, and with a touch of charm.
- Be flexible and float between rooms like a friendly Cheshire Cat when needed.
Your Magic Powers (aka What We’re Looking For):
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A deep love for child development and a knack for turning everyday moments into learning opportunities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills—because even the Mad Hatter needs a good crew!
- Creativity, patience, and a sprinkle of silliness.
- A commitment to safeguarding and creating a nurturing environment for all children.
