Spire Southampton Hospital, has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Director or Operations on a Part-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 20 hrs per week working 4 hours per day

As Personal Assistant, you will provide PA support to the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Director or Operations, facilitating the smooth operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Director or Operations offices in achieving high standards in terms of efficiency, presentation standards and customer care.
- Provision of administrative support to the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Director or Operations
- Organise and prepare for meetings with internal/external parties including production of agendas and minutes. Attend these meetings as required and distribute documentation.
- Assisting in organising the daily schedule of the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Director or Operations
- Arranging events and forums
- Submitting expenses
- Files and document organisation/ management
- Dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries
Applicants must have:
- Proven track record of holding a similar position, preferably at senior management level
- PA experience who understands diary management and can provide a high level of personal support
- Excellent IT skills - highly proficient in MS Word, and a good knowledge of Power point and Excel
- Accurate, fast typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and offering support and advice where needed
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage and prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
