Pay Rate: £24,901.28 per year
Grade: P
Contract Type: Office based, Permanent (Full-Time), 37.5 hours per week
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and a 30 minute unpaid break
Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA - bus links nearby

We're now looking for a Customer Services Advisor to work on-site with us to manage high volume incoming calls and live chats. You'll be part of an experienced close working team creating success with our outdoor clothing and equipment customer.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Actively answering and resolving incoming queries over the phone and live chat - this can be 50+ calls back to back on a daily basis.
Ensuring all queries are accurately recorded on Zen Desk and other relevant software applications.
Collaborating with Aftersales and other departments to achieve best outcomes for DHL and our customer.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have previous experience working in a phone‑based customer service or call‑centre role.
Can demonstrate their interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
Are able to work on site, Monday to Friday based at the office in Coventry.
