You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one-year post-qualification experience in residential surveying.

MRICS qualified Building Surveyor or APC candidate nearing qualification. Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Building Surveying consultancy.

Recording inspection details on the data base and communicating comments to customers. Use a variety of software packages, including all MS Office products.
